1. Description du service
Cento est une application de calcul de pourcentages pour iPhone. Elle est disponible en version gratuite (calculateur simple, 10 derniers calculs, 5 calculs/jour) et en version Pro (achat unique, fonctionnalités complètes).
2. Utilisation acceptable
- L’application est fournie « telle quelle », sans garantie d’aucune sorte.
- Les résultats des calculs sont fournis à titre informatif uniquement. Ils ne constituent pas un conseil financier, fiscal ou professionnel.
- Vous vous engagez Ă utiliser l’application conformĂ©ment aux lois applicables.
3. Achats intégrés – Cento Pro
- Cento Pro est un achat unique et dĂ©finitif — il n’y a aucun abonnement rĂ©current.
- Le paiement est gĂ©rĂ© par Apple via l’App Store. Les règles de remboursement d’Apple s’appliquent.
- Le Partage Familial est inclus avec l’achat Pro.
- En cas de réinstallation, utilisez la fonction Restaurer les achats dans les réglages.
4. Propriété intellectuelle
Cento, ses visuels, son code et son contenu sont la propriété exclusive de Laurent Abitbol / waikuu.com. Toute reproduction, copie ou distribution non autorisée est interdite.
5. Limitation de responsabilité
Dans les limites permises par la loi applicable, Laurent Abitbol / waikuu.com ne pourra ĂŞtre tenu responsable des dommages directs, indirects ou consĂ©cutifs rĂ©sultant de l’utilisation ou de l’impossibilitĂ© d’utiliser l’application.
6. Modifications
Ces conditions peuvent ĂŞtre modifiĂ©es Ă tout moment. Toute modification significative sera notifiĂ©e via une mise Ă jour de l’application.
7. Droit applicable
Ces conditions sont régies par le droit français. Tout litige sera soumis aux tribunaux compétents de France.

2. Acceptable Use
- The app is provided « as is », without warranty of any kind.
- Calculation results are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, tax or professional advice.
- You agree to use the app in compliance with applicable laws.
3. In-App Purchases – Cento Pro
- Cento Pro is a one-time, permanent purchase — there is no recurring subscription.
- Payment is handled by Apple via the App Store. Apple’s refund policies apply.
- Family Sharing is included with the Pro purchase.
- If you reinstall the app, use the Restore Purchases feature in Settings.
4. Intellectual Property
Cento, its visuals, code and content are the exclusive property of Laurent Abitbol / waikuu.com. Any unauthorized reproduction, copy or distribution is prohibited.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Laurent Abitbol / waikuu.com shall not be liable for any direct, indirect or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the app.
6. Changes
These terms may be updated at any time. Significant changes will be communicated through an app update.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of competent courts in France.
