Agreement to Terms
By downloading or using RingPop (« the App »), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
RingPop is a mobile application that allows you to create custom ringtones from video and audio files on your device. The App provides tools to:
- Import videos and audio from your photo library or files
- – Edit audio clips with a waveform editor
- – Export ringtones in M4R format for iPhone
- – Share ringtones via iOS Share Sheet
License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the App only for lawful purposes
- – Not use the App to create ringtones from copyrighted content without proper authorization
- – Not attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- – Not use the App in any way that could damage or impair its functionality
Intellectual Property
Our Content
The App, including its design, code, graphics, and branding, is owned by Waikuu and protected by intellectual property laws.
Your Content
You retain all rights to the audio and video content you import and the ringtones you create. We do not claim any ownership over your content.
Purchases and Subscriptions
RingPop Pro
RingPop Pro is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that removes all advertisements from the App.
Payment
All purchases are processed through the Apple App Store. By making a purchase, you agree to Apple’s terms and conditions.
Refunds
Refund requests must be made through Apple. We do not process refunds directly. Visit [Apple Support](https://support.apple.com/billing) for assistance.
Disclaimer of Warranties
THE APP IS PROVIDED « AS IS » WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
iOS Limitations
Please note that iOS does not allow third-party apps to automatically install ringtones into system settings. After creating a ringtone with RingPop, you must use the iOS Share Sheet and select « Use as Ringtone » to complete the installation.
Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.
Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
