Welcome to Snake GO! These Terms of Service (« Terms ») govern your use of the Snake GO mobile application (« App ») operated by **Waikuu** (« we », « our », or « us »).
By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

## 1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Snake GO, you confirm that:
– You are at least 13 years old (or have parental consent)
– You agree to be bound by these Terms

## 2. License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
– Download and install the App on your personal device
– Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes
You may NOT:
– Copy, modify, or distribute the App
– Reverse engineer or decompile the App
– Use the App for any illegal purpose
– Attempt to bypass any security measures

## 3. In-App Purchases
### 3.1 Premium Upgrade
– Snake GO offers a Premium upgrade for $2.99 (one-time purchase)
– Premium unlocks additional game modes, skins, and removes ads
– All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store
### 3.2 Virtual Currency
– Coins earned in-game have no real-world value
– Coins cannot be exchanged for real money
– Coins are non-transferable between accounts
### 3.3 Refunds
– Refund requests must be submitted through Apple
– We do not process refunds directly
– Visit https://reportaproblem.apple.com for refund requests

## 4. Game Center
### 4.1 Leaderboards
– Game Center integration requires an Apple ID
– Scores are submitted to public leaderboards
– Your Game Center display name may be visible to other players
### 4.2 Fair Play
You agree NOT to:
– Use cheats, exploits, or unauthorized modifications
– Manipulate scores or leaderboard rankings
– Use automated tools or bots
Violation may result in removal from leaderboards.

### 5.1 Ad-Supported Version
– The free version displays ads through Google AdMob
– Ad content is provided by third-party networks
– We do not control specific ad content
### 5.2 Ad-Free Experience
– Purchase Premium to remove all advertisements
– Premium status is permanent for your Apple ID

## 6. User Conduct
When using Snake GO, you agree to:
– Comply with all applicable laws
– Respect other players on leaderboards
– Not engage in any harmful or disruptive behavior

## 7. Intellectual Property
### 7.1 Our Rights
– Snake GO, including all graphics, sounds, and code, is owned by Waikuu
– « Snake GO » name and logo are trademarks of Waikuu
– All rights not expressly granted are reserved
### 7.2 Feedback
– Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us
– You grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use such feedback

## 8. Disclaimers
### 8.1 « As Is » Service
THE APP IS PROVIDED « AS IS » WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING:
– MERCHANTABILITY
– FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE
– NON-INFRINGEMENT
### 8.2 No Guarantee
We do not guarantee that:
– The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
– Defects will be corrected
– The App will meet your specific requirements

## 9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
– Waikuu shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
– Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any)
– This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Waikuu from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
– Your use of the App
– Your violation of these Terms
– Your violation of any third-party rights

– You may stop using the App at any time
– Uninstalling the App terminates your license
### 11.2 Our Rights
We may terminate or suspend your access if:
– You violate these Terms
– We discontinue the App

– Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

### 14.2 Jurisdiction
Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of France.
