Work Hours Calculator is designed with privacy as a core principle. All your data stays on your device.
- Work sessions and time entries are stored locally on your device only, protected by iOS file encryption (NSFileProtectionComplete).
- App settings (rounding mode, time format preferences) are stored locally on your device.
- Premium purchase status is securely stored in the iOS Keychain on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your data on external servers.
2. Advertising
The free version of Work Hours Calculator displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
- We only serve non-personalized ads. We do not use targeted or behavioral advertising.
- We do not collect your Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) or any device identifiers for ad targeting.
- We do not track you across apps or websites.
- For users in the European Economic Area (EEA), we request consent via Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) before showing any ads, in compliance with GDPR.
You can remove all advertisements permanently by purchasing the « Remove Ads » in-app purchase.
3. In-App Purchases
Work Hours Calculator offers a one-time « Remove Ads » purchase through Apple’s App Store. All transactions are handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to your payment information.
4. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services:

Your work session data is encrypted at rest using iOS’s built-in file protection (NSFileProtectionComplete). Your premium status is stored in the iOS Keychain, which provides hardware-level encryption. We take your data security seriously.
6. Children’s Privacy
Work Hours Calculator is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
7. Data Retention
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have full control over it. Deleting the app will remove all associated data. The app retains up to 50 work session records in your history, which you can clear at any time from within the app.
8. Your Rights
Since we do not collect or store your personal data, there is no personal data for us to provide, correct, or delete. All your data is under your control on your device.
